Follow me down the rabbit hole will you. I was mesmerized by a TikTok that showed a video of Giza in the backdrop on a early morning drive. I thought what a sight to have Giza in your view every day. As I begin to dig (no pun intended) I came across a book, The Valley of the Golden Mummies written by a famous archeologist. Now I am deeper down the rabbit hole as I discover the mysteries of the tombs discovered. Let's dive together and discover Egypt as we prepare to travel to Egypt to see Giza, the mummies discovered and more. Join me on this venture as we discover All Things Egypt.

The best time to travel to Egypt is during the cooler weather months from October to April. It is more ideal with exploring the country's many attractions. The temperatures are mild.
A thrift store book find has captivated my travel senses. Written by famous archeologist Zahi Hawass. He takes us on a journey through his four square mile discovery of over 10, 000 mummies in their tombs. He said it would take over 50 years to excavate and research all. We will take a look at his imagery and findings in this book and soon tour the museums as we discover all things Egypt.
As a travel agent I often search for guides or books that explores travel to destinations. I came across this read (audiobook) from the library. A solo traveler who embarked on a trip alone to Egypt. She describes and explores with her camera on her travels. A great read about what to expect on a trip. The sample itinerary has bits and pieces of her trip.
