TERMS & CONDITIONS

By making a payment to Its Simply Easy Travel LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. ELIGIBILITY

Travelers must be at least 18 years of age to book travel services. Minors traveling on family trips must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

1. TRAVEL DOCUMENTS

Travelers are responsible for obtaining and maintaining all required travel documents, including but not limited to passports, visas, identification, vaccination records, and any other documents required for travel.

For international travel, passports should generally be valid for at least six (6) months beyond the travel dates. Entry requirements vary by destination and are subject to change. It is the traveler's responsibility to verify all requirements prior to departure.

1. RESERVATION INFORMATION

All reservations must be made using the traveler's legal name exactly as it appears on government-issued identification and travel documents.

Its Simply Easy Travel LLC is not responsible for costs associated with incorrect names, missing documentation, denied boarding, or denied entry resulting from inaccurate traveler information.

1. PAYMENTS

We accept major credit cards and approved electronic payment methods.

Pricing and availability are subject to change until a deposit or payment is received and confirmed.

By submitting a deposit, the traveler acknowledges responsibility for all remaining payments and agrees to pay the balance by the final payment due date.

1. PAYMENT PLANS

When available, payment plans are provided as a convenience. Travelers are responsible for making MONTHLY payments on time and ensuring the reservation is paid in full by the final payment date.

Failure to make required payments may result in cancellation of the reservation and forfeiture of funds paid, subject to supplier terms and conditions.

1. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

All cancellations must be submitted in writing to:

The email subject line must include: "CANCELLATION (in all caps) with [ Current Date]" 

For example: "CANCELLATION - JUNE 9-2026"

Refund eligibility is determined by the policies of the travel Insurance.

Unless otherwise stated All payments are non-refundable. Refunds are submitted/requested through Travel Insurance.

Its Simply Easy Travel LLC does not guarantee refunds for cancellations, supplier penalties, travel interruptions, missed payments, or traveler-related circumstances.

Travelers who decline travel insurance acknowledge that they may not be eligible for reimbursement of non-refundable travel expenses.

Planning fees, service fees, and supplier-imposed penalties may be non-refundable.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended and may provide reimbursement for covered cancellations, interruptions, delays, medical emergencies, and other unforeseen events, subject to the policy's terms and conditions.

1. CHANGES TO RESERVATIONS

Changes to reservations may result in additional charges imposed by suppliers and/or Its Simply Easy Travel LLC.

A service fee may be charged for reservation modifications, name changes, date changes, room changes, or other requested revisions.

Current change fees:

• $250 per change after final payment date, plus any supplier-imposed fees

1. TRAVEL INSURANCE

Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travelers.

Travel insurance may provide coverage for:
• Trip cancellation
• Trip interruption
• Travel delays
• Lost baggage
• Medical emergencies
• Emergency evacuation

Declining travel insurance means the traveler accepts responsibility for costs that may arise due to unforeseen circumstances.

1. TRAVELER CONDUCT

Travelers are expected to conduct themselves respectfully toward fellow travelers, suppliers, staff, and local communities.

Its Simply Easy Travel LLC reserves the right to remove a traveler from a group experience or hosted event if their behavior creates a safety concern, disrupts the group experience, violates supplier policies, or negatively impacts other travelers.

Any costs associated with removal from a trip, including transportation, lodging, or other expenses, shall be the responsibility of the traveler.

1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Its Simply Easy Travel LLC acts solely as an independent travel advisor and intermediary between travelers and third-party suppliers, including airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, transportation providers, and excursion vendors.

Its Simply Easy Travel LLC is not responsible for acts, errors, omissions, injuries, losses, delays, cancellations, weather events, supplier bankruptcy, government actions, health-related incidents, or other circumstances beyond its control.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Payment of any amount toward a reservation constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
