What the Organizer is still responsible for
Although I help coordinate the travel details, each group still needs a primary organizer who can:
your role as the group organizer.
- Communicate the group's vision
- Help encourage traveler's to meet deadlines
- Serve as the group's main decision-maker or committee contact
- Obtain any internal approvals required by the family, church, class, or organization.
- Help communicate group-specific activities that are not booked through the agency.
You will not have to manage the entire travel process alone, but your participation helps keep the group moving forward.
